Iglesia Bíblica Cristiana Gracia y Fe (IBC Gracia y Fe), located at Diagonal 51B sur #18-73, San Carlos, Tunjuelito, Bogotá, Colombia, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

2. Legal framework
This policy is adopted in compliance with article 15 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and any rules amending or implementing them.
3. What data we collect
- Data you give us voluntarily: your name, email address and the content of the message you write in our contact form or send us by email or social media.
- Technical browsing data: our hosting provider records data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and statistical purposes.
- Third-party content: when you play a video or load the map, YouTube and Google may collect data according to their own policies.
We do not request sensitive data through this website and we ask you not to include any in the contact form.
4. What we use your data for
- To answer your questions, prayer requests and requests for information.
- To invite you to our gatherings and activities when you have asked us to.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Authorization
By sending us a message through the form or our contact channels, you freely, previously, expressly and knowingly authorize the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw that authorization at any time.
6. Your rights as a data subject
Under Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:
- Know, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization granted.
- Be informed about the use made of your data.
- File complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
- Withdraw your authorization and request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- Access free of charge the data that has been processed.
7. How to exercise your rights
Write to graciayfe.ibc@gmail.com stating your name, contact details and your specific request. We answer queries within a maximum of ten (10) business days and complaints within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, extendable as provided by law.
8. Third-party services
This site uses third-party content and services that have their own privacy policies:
- YouTube and Google Maps (Google LLC), for videos, the live stream and the location map. Videos load only when you press play, and we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- Facebook (Meta Platforms), if you choose to visit our page or write to us there.
- Our web hosting provider, which keeps technical server logs.
9. Cookies
This site does not install its own advertising or tracking cookies. The third-party services mentioned above may set cookies in your browser when you interact with their content. You can block or delete them from your browser settings.
10. Minors
Data of children and adolescents is only processed when it serves their best interest and with the authorization of their parents or legal guardians. If you are a minor, please ask them to write to us.
11. Information security
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Term and changes
This policy is in force from its publication and remains in force while the church carries out its activity. We may update it; when we do, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
